Chandigarh23rd November 2016

IPAQT had recently concluded a successful session at the MICROCON 2016 held on 23rd November 2016 at PGIMER, Chandigarh. The workshop saw participation of more than 50 physicians and microbiologists from all over India. We would like to thank Dr. Sunil Sethi from PGIMER for giving us this opportunity.

Indore16th July 2016

IPAQT recently conducted a successful CME in Indore with a participation of over 70 doctors. The event provided a great opportunity to learn more about the Advances in Diagnosis & Treatment of Extra-pulmonary and Drug Resistant TB. There were also fruitful insights provided on the importance and procedure of extra pulmonary tuberculosis. The event was well received by participants who included General Physicians, Chest Physicians, Gynecologists, Microbiologists and Pathologists. We would like to thank Dr. Vijay Chhajlani from the state TB team, for taking time off his busy schedule to be a part of the CME and his valuable inputs and suggestions on improving TB treatment in India. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our speakers for the event, Dr. Lancelot Pinto and Dr. Rattan Ichhpujani for the time and effort they took to put up an outstanding presentation and share their thoughts and research with the participants. We received a great feedback from many attendees appreciating the content and quality of the presentations. We are thankful to the CETI team for their support at this event, from the point of view of engagement and participation. Ms. Sangeeta Pathak from CETI briefed the participants about the extensive and remarkable work CETI is doing as a step towards elimination of TB in India.

Chennai11th June, 2016

IPAQT recently concluded another successful CME at Chennai on the 11th of June, 2016 held at Vivanta by Taj-Connemara, Chennai . Through this event, we were able to sensitize over 108 doctors in Chennai on Advances in Diagnosis & Treatment of Extra-pulmonary and Drug Resistant TB. The importance and procedure of diagnosing extra pulmonary TB was also stressed upon.

Kolkata7th May, 2016

IPAQT recently concluded a successful CME at Kolkata, on 7th May, 2016 held at Hotel The Park, Kolkata. The focus of the talks were on advances in diagnosis and treatment of extra pulmonary and drug resistant tuberculosis.

IPAQT recently concluded another successful CME at Mumbai on the 28th of February, 2016 held at hotel The Lalit, Mumbai . Through this event, we were able to sensitize over 280 doctors in Mumbai on Advances in Diagnosis & Treatment of Extra-pulmonary and Drug Resistant TB. The importance and procedure of diagnosing extra pulmonary TB was also stressed upon.

Hyderabad 23 Dec, 2015

IPAQT recently concluded a successful CME at Hyderabad, on 23 Dec, 2015 held at Hotel Taj Vivanta, Begumpet. Through this event, we were able to sensitize approximately 150 doctors in Hyderabad on Tuberculosis Diagnostic Modalities in light of WHO Guidelines, Best Practices in Treatment Drug Resistance and Piloting Upfront Xpert MTB/RIF on Pediatric Population. The importance and procedure of diagnosing extra pulmonary TB was also stressed upon.

Positive feedback was received from many attendees appreciating the content and quality of the presentations. The event was graced by – Dr. Vijai Kumar Ratnavelu, Dr. Madhukar Pai and Dr. Neeraj Raizada, who voluntarily took time out from their very busy schedules and came and delivered excellent talks.
